TensorNumerics License Agreement

Effective: January 1, 2026 | Version 1.0

1. Definitions

Licensor = TensorNumerics. Licensee = the individual/organization using the Software. Software = the TensorNumerics platform and all associated code, models, and documentation.

2. License Grant

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only.

Commercial use requires a paid enterprise license
Academic/research use may qualify for reduced fees
No redistribution, modification, or reverse engineering without written consent

3. Intellectual Property

All IP, including patent-pending tensor-train decomposition methods and proprietary detection algorithms, remains the property of Licensor.

4. Confidentiality

Licensee shall maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information disclosed by Licensor.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

6. Limitation of Liability

LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Termination

This license remains effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate immediately upon material breach.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is incorporated.
